MMVSENSE is focusing on two key consumer segments;
those motivated by Wellbeing and those by Sports Performance.
Wellbeing
For the Wellbeing group, exercise and participation in sports is driven mainly by their motivations of keeping fit and healthy and maintaining a balance in their lives. In some cases they may use secondary personal goals, such as completing a marathon, but the primary motivations are more lifestyle related, be these for business people wanting to maintain a good work life balance or for older groups focusing more on keeping both physically and mentally fit.
In addition to the individual consumers, some of MMVSENSE's products will also be applicable to companies with occupational health programmes targeted at employees' health and wellbeing and improving productivity.
Performance
The Performance group covers both elite and serious athletes, including the growing number of “weekend warriors”, such as endurance runners, cyclists and triathletes, who are already extensive users of sports monitoring equipment in their quest for performance.
For these athletes, both individuals and teams, and their respective dedicated coaches, the benefits of new technology will be seen in the availability of new physiology data and real time services. For those spectators and fans following and watching their teams, idols and friends a new depth of rich information and entertainment will become available.
